3D Scanning
A 3D Scanner by it self is an amazing tool, especially in the world of manufacturing. By simply scanning any 3D object of your choice and combined with a reverse engineering software you can acquired it's 3D CAD Drawing, thus speeding up the design process. Another use is to perform deformation check by comparing data from scanning the parts/ components and then comparing it to it's original CAD Drawing.
